Division 1/2 East: Scarlett LaMonica, CSLR Renards, Forward #10

Scarlett continued her point per game pace as her Renards continued to battle in the middle of the pack of Division 1/2 - East. She led the way offensively with two goals and an assist on Wednesday against the West K Wolverines. Her scoring touch and playmaking made the difference in the Renards 3-2 win over the Wolverines to gain important points in playoff seeding. Scarlett opened the scoring in the first and then stepped up when it mattered most scoring the game winner with exactly 10 minutes to play. Congratulations Scarlett!

Division 1/2 West: Christine Tarrant, Westwood Warriors, Goaltender #1

Christine had herself an excellent week stopping 68 of the 71 shots that came her way, leading the Westwood Warriors to a perfect 2-0 record. She put on two clinics this past week defeating their rivals, the VMC Trojans, 3-1 on Monday. She stopped multiple breakaways and had several highlight-reel saves, denying 40 of 41 shots. She then repeated that performance with another 3-2 OT win on Tuesday over the Shaftesbury Titans where she stopped 28 of 30 shots. Congratulations Christine!

Division 3: Chelsie Smith, Beausejour Barons, Goaltender #1

Even though the year has not gone as planned for the Beausejour Barons, one constant for them has been the stellar play of Chelsie. She has played her heart out every game despite facing an average of 50 shots a game. This past week was no different when she made 55 of 58 saves in the Barons tight loss to the Beliveau Barracudas on Thursday. On the season Chelsie has stopped 463 of the 536 shots she has faced thus far for a .860 save percentage. Congratulations Chelsie!
