Congratulations Players of the Week!

Division 1: Becca Zubricki, Miles Mac Buckeyes, Forward #21

Becca Zubricki was red hot in the Buckeyes game against the River East Kodiaks on Monday, scoring 1 goal and adding 3 assists in a convincing 6-1 win. Becca cleverly set up her teammates and come back hard to help break up the Kodiaks’ foray into their zone. Two days later, she assisted a goal in their game against the CSLR Renards for a 5-point week. Congratulations Becca!

Division 2: Ella Manness, Sanford Sabres, Forward #2

On Tuesday, Ella Manness dominated the ice in her team’s game against the WKC Wolverines.  She scored 3 goals and assisted two more, ensuring the Sabres squeaked by the Wolverines to claim a 6-5 win. Ella deftly moved offensively and defensively, creating scoring opportunities for herself and her teammates.  Congratulations Ella!

Division 3: Kate Everett, Springfield Sabres, Forward #16

During Friday’s game against the Westwood Warriors, Sabres’ hard-working forward Kate Everett scored the game tying goal for her team, followed by the over-time goal for a 4-3 win. It was truly a clutch play performed by a dedicated player.  Congratulations Kate!
