Ending November 17, 2023

Division 1: Addilyn Nohlgren, CJS Olympiens, Forward #19

The CJS Olympiens were flying this past week as they won all 3 of their games and Addilyn Nohlgren played a pivotal role in all 3. The first game was Tuesday against the VMC Trojans where Addilyn scored a goal and added an assist in a 7-2 win. The next day against the mighty SMA Flames she scored 2 goals in a very hard fought 3-1 win. Friday’s game led to an 8-1 win over the River East Kodiaks where she added another goal. Addilyn was always in the right position to forecheck or make and receive a pass. She was a true leader. Congratulations Addilyn!

Division 2: Justine Russell, SJR Eagles, Defence #9

Justine Russell was all over the ice against the CSLR Renards in an exciting and well played 4-2 win on Thursday. Although she only added an assist, she played an integral role in the game. She set up many other close goals, rushed the puck, got on the puck first and had possession of the puck for a large portion of the time. She controlled the game with her speed, work ethic and determination. Congratulations Justine!

Division 3: Grace Kotzer, CPET Canadiennes, Forward #7

Grace Kotzer was ready to play at 100% this past week. She scored a goal and added an assist in the CPET Canadiennes 7-2 win over the Kelvin Clippers on Monday. On Wednesday she scored 2 goals and added 2 assists giving her a hand in all of their goals in the 4-0 win over Mudoch McKay. Grace was very skilled on the ice as can be seen by the big impact she had on the game. She set up her team mates for many scoring chances and was all over the puck. Congratulations Grace!
